Built for the Harvest Run. Built for You.

Founded by harvesters who live and breathe the land, HarvestOps was built with one goal: help farmers win their harvest season.

We know the pressure. We know the timelines. And we know that precision matters. That’s why we’ve equipped our Case combines with integrated John Deere systems, giving you detailed yield maps and reports to guide your next planting season.

We’re not just running combines — we’re building lasting relationships across the Midwest and Great Plains.

We don’t just get your crop off the field — we help you understand it.

Built for Farmers, Trusted by Producers

We work with independent farmers, ag producers, and large operations who demand more than just a combine. Our clients want reliability, speed, and data they can use — and that’s exactly what we deliver. From Oklahoma to Minnesota, we earn trust by doing the job right, on time, every time.

We combine top-tier Case IH machinery with John Deere Operations Center tech to bring you not just an efficient harvest — but a smarter one. Every field we cut is mapped, every pass tracked, and every client gets the harvest data they need to make next year even better. Fast. Accurate. Modern.

FAQS

Q: What crops do you harvest?

A: We specialize in small grains like wheat and oats, soybeans and corn depending on the season and location. If it can be combined, we can handle it. We also do sugarbeets.

Q: What makes you different from other custom harvesters?

A: Two things: Our Case IH combines for reliable performance, and our John Deere Operations Center integration for full digital mapping and post-harvest reporting. We don’t just cut — we help you understand what you’re getting from your land.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: Our harvest run takes us from Oklahoma all the way up to Minnesota, including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. If you’re along that route — we’ll be there.

Q: Can I get my field maps and harvest data?

A: Yes — that’s one of the best parts. We’ll upload your yield maps and harvest passes straight to your John Deere Operations Center account, or send you a full report if you’re not using JD yet.

Q: How do I book a slot?

A: Just call us or fill out our contact form and someone would give you a call back or just call us. The earlier the better — our route fills up fast, especially during peak wheat and corn seasons.

Q: What size jobs do you take on?

A: We typically harvest medium to large operations — but we’ll always look at your acreage and timeline. If we can get it done right, we’ll make it happen.

Q: Do I need to prep anything before you arrive?

A: Just give us a clean field entrance and a good contact number. We’ll handle the rest — including field setup, mapping, and efficient harvesting from the first row to the last.
